The dashboard includes mandatory training records from Wave current as of 30 September 2025. These records allow relevant stakeholders to monitor progress and compliance trends up to that date. Afterwards, the data is refreshed every 14 days while SDL works with the BT team to maximize the report functionalities.
Important Notes on Completion Data
Please note that courses completed by staff in external platforms (i.e., E-Campus, UNDSS, UN Women) are not automatically reflected in this dashboard. You are required to take the necessary actions below to have the data reflected in the next refresh.
Actions Required:
For Staff: Upload your completion certificates to Wave Learn
For HR: Submit your office/mission's records to SDL (Note: SDL verifies the certificates uploaded before marking completion status in the system.)
