The SDL funding allocation is a portion of the IOM budget allocated by the Organization to the Staff Development and Learning team which falls under the Integrated Talent Management Unit (ITMU) of the Department of Human Resources (DHR). SDL distributes this portion of their budget to various entities within the Organization for the sole purpose of supporting staff learning initiatives.
