SDL will Identify a qualified “mentor” at the GS, NO, or P level to support the staff selected (this could be a staff member in any region/office who meets the requirements). A staff exchange participant may also put forth the name of someone they deem a suitable coach, and the proposal will be considered by HRM with no guarantee that it will be accepted.
