How long does it usually take to decide on a candidate for a position after the interview is done? Would you advice to be always sincere during the interview?

There is no set time for a panel to conclude interviews – but in general you may expect to be contacted within 4-6 weeks from your interview.

Panel members are looking not only at your responses to the questions, but also your ability to communicate, and your enthusiasm for the position.
