The panel will expect you to provide a response to each question as they are looking to see your competencies and skills from previous experience. Your best tool is to prepare responses in advance and look carefully at the required competencies listed in the vacancy announcement and terms of reference. If you don’t have one from your work experience, see if you can come up with an example from your private life (friends, sports, etc.).
