Start with a positive introduction of the advantages of team work and cross cultural communication. Then keep in mind that the panel is looking for your role, specific action and the outcome of that action. Think back to a time when you had to use some competencies (values, core competencies, managerial competencies) to resolve a difficult situation or mistake and frame your response based on your ability to utilize these skills. Review the IOM Competency Framework, and to view the 2 short video links provided during session 4. The first shows a poor response to interview questions and the second is better responses to the same questions.
