If a person applies for several vacancies in PRISM, can the recruiters only view the last edited version of the PHF and motivation letter?

The current system only allows recruiters to see the last updated PHF version. However, the motivation letter is locked to a specific vacancy; hence the recruiter will see what the candidate submitted for that position.
