Putting a photo on your CV, is very much a personal preference and this tends to vary depending on the region of the world where you are applying for a job (for instance many countries in Europe it is common to include a photo). There is no right or wrong approach but it is your opportunity to tailor your CV and in this case you choose to include or not include your photo. It is not a requirement to include a photo on your CV when applying to UN positions. However, if you do decide to put a picture, please use a professional picture, with professional attire.
