Yes. Adding a course banner image helps improve the visual appearance of your course or training in the Wave Learn catalog and makes it more engaging for learners.


Image Requirements: 

Please send one (1) image to be used as the course banner in the Wave Learn catalog.


For best results:

  • Recommended resolution: 1920 × 1080
  • Ensure important text or visuals are centered
  • Note: Wave will automatically resize the image as needed


For new self-paced courses or instructor-led trainings:

You may attach one (1) image banner directly to your service request form when requesting publication of your course or instructor-led training to Wave Learn.


For already published courses: 

You may send the image banner to [email protected] for assistance in updating the course banner.
