The Havard Learning Programme offers 3 different cohort, with a total of 175 participants. Each cohort consists of five to six short online self-paced modules running from April to November 2026. Each module is followed by a mandatory wrap-up session held once a month, with adjusted scheduling during the summer period.
Wrap-up sessions are live webinars of 1 hour 30, delivered at the end of each module. They are designed to facilitate discussions, review core topics, and explore practical examples that help participants connect the content to their day-to-day work. Sessions are offered in both AM and PM time slots to accommodate different schedules. Attendance at all wrap-up sessions is a prerequisite for course completion.
The self-paced modules are flexible and can be completed at your own pace and in the order of your choosing. However, we strongly recommend following the sequence outlined in the programme, as the wrap-up sessions are delivered in a specific order. Completing the modules in the same sequence will ensure you get the most out of each session and maintain alignment with the rest of your cohort.
Each self-paced module should be completed before its corresponding monthly wrap-up session. We encourage participants to manage their time accordingly and avoid leaving modules to the last minute.
