Step 1: Log in to Wave (https://fa-evlj-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/) using your IOM email account.


Step 2: Navigate to Me > Learning > Search.


Step 3: Enter the course keyword or title in the search bar.


Step 4: Select the course title to view additional information.


Step 5: Click "Enroll" on the course page.


Step 6: Select your preferred offering

  • For self-paced courses: select your preferred language version
  • For instructor-led training (ILT): select your preferred schedule, language, and/or location. Then proceed with the following additional steps:
    • Download the Calendar Invitation: Click "Download Invite" and open the file to add the event to your Outlook calendar.
       Tip: If the message “We’ll be generating the conference URL soon” appears, please wait until the URL is available before downloading the invite.
