Please complete this form to register Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs) in Wave Learn so that staff members can receive system-genera-ted certificates upon fulfilling completion requirements.


For colleagues on contracts other than staff contracts, trainers can email SDL at [email protected] for a certificate template. Trainers are responsible for ensuring that the certificate template is used solely for this purpose and they should maintain an internal record of certificates issued offline.
