1. As a previous I-Learn user, when I access Wave Learn following the go-live in January 2025, will my past training certificates automatically appear in my transcript?   

For I-Learn users, all your IOM issued certificates for trainings completed in I-Learn will be automatically migrated to Wave Learn along with the associated training records. Only your externally issued certificates (i.e. those self-uploaded by you in I-Learn) will need to be uploaded directly by you in the new platform. To do so, please follow the steps in Wave Learn as indicated here.   

  

2. Will the training records of staff on SLWOP be migrated from I-Learn to Wave Learn? 

Colleagues on SLWOP are expected to have an active status in Oracle and their training records from I-Learn will be migrated to the new Learning Management System (LMS). 

 

3. Will my badges from I-Learn be transferred to Wave Learn? 

This is currently not possible; however, the SDL and BT teams will keep you updated about future developments.
