1. Who will get access to Wave Learn when the system goes live on 13 January 2025?  

Staff Members will have access to Wave Learn from 13 January onwards and can access the system via this URL. For the time being, colleagues in other categories, including Interns and Consultants, should continue using E-Campus for mandatory training completion.  

 

2. Will colleagues on contracts other than staff contracts have access to Wave Learn?  

Staff Development and Learning (SDL) is collaborating with the Business Transformation (BT) Team to explore this possibility. As and when access beyond staff members is provided, colleagues will be notified. For the time being, colleagues in other categories, including Interns and Consultants, should continue using E-Campus for mandatory training completion. 


3. What should I do if I experience technical issues in Wave Learn?  

We invite you to review the self-help materials available via Oracle Guided Learning (look for HCM/Learning): click here and/or consult SDL's comprehensive FAQs: click here.  If you continue experiencing technical issues, please open a ticket via the ICT self-service portal. Please share as much information as possible about the action you are trying to undertake, at what point you get blocked, what role you have (e.g., staff, manager), along with providing a screenshot.  

 

4. How can I effectively use Wave Learn?

You can access Wave via this URL. For using the learning module effectively, multiple user training sessions were held for the Employee, Manager and Instructor roles between January and February 2025. For refreshers, the user training session recordings will be made available by end-May under the 'Hire to Retire' section at this link: click here. You may also contact the SDL team with your queries.



5. How will I be able to effectively use Wave Learn following the go-live in January 2025? 

You can access Wave via this URL and by entering your IOM credentials. Once Wave Learn goes live on 13 January 2025, please enrol in the relevant user training sessions based on your role (i.e. Employee, Manager or Instructor). Under Human Capital Management, look for Wave Learning sessions: click here. 6. Can I access Wave on my mobile device?
