The IOM Staff Development and Learning (SDL) Team have partnered with go1 and Harvard Business Publishing to offer the Harvard Learning Programme. This Programme is a hybrid of self-paced and webinar learning sessions which cover two main themes; Strategic Thinking and Management & People Empowerment.


These courses aim to train interested and qualified staff in soft skills related to results-based management and people management. Each of the training cohorts will consist of six short online modules. 

 

The People Empowerment Cohort of the Harvard Learning Programme is designed to equip managers, leaders, and HR professionals with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively empower and lead their teams. This comprehensive program encompasses a variety of modules, each targeting a critical aspect of people management and empowerment. 

 

The Strategic Thinking and Management training course is an intensive program designed to empower professionals with the critical skills required to navigate the complexities of the modern business landscape. Through a comprehensive curriculum spread across several key modules, participants will be equipped to think strategically, plan and execute effectively, set and achieve ambitious goals, make informed decisions, manage change adeptly, and continuously improve processes within their organizations.
