The ILDP is a tool to set out actions an individual will undertake to learn and develop themselves. It is available to all IOM staff members.  


The purpose of the IDPI to to:

  • Complete a personal analysis of strengths and weaknesses to identify the skills gap 
  • Know which learning strategy is best adapted to narrow the skills gap 
  • Draft a self-personal learning framework. 

The ILDP is not mandatory, it is there to support staff in the process of their learning and personal development.
