This is required only if IOM is covering the costs of the training and optional if you are covering the costs by your own; however it is strongly recommended that you record/document it (even if you are covering the costs) in your Wave Learn transcript for your own benefit as this will allow you to have all your trainings organized in one single place and you can access it, including your certificate, at any time from any device as long as you have internet. You can also obtain a report of all the courses that you have completed including the external ones. This is beneficial in case you are applying for vacancies.
