The training has had a positive impact on IOM’s strategic thinking and operations and has been met with positive responses from the previous iterations. As of October 2019, up to 100 managers across IOM have enhanced their capacities in strategic planning and RBM soft skills. Participants reported that the training has been useful in supporting strategic planning efforts at all levels, streamlining decision-making process within teams and offices, implementing process improvements and improving managers’ and teams’ overall capacities to integrate strategic thinking in their everyday work.
