Each cohort consists of five to six self-paced modules. Each module is followed by a mandatory wrap-up session scheduled at the end of the month or beginning of the next month. These sessions are delivered as a webinar to facilitate discussions, review core topics, and explore practical examples that help participants connect the content to their day-to-day work.
These sessions follow the specific order indicated below, so we recommend that participants complete the self-paced modules in the same sequence.
