Criteria include:

  • Completion of all IOM Mandatory trainings.
  • Currently having a managerial or coordinating function in the office or team
  • Participation in the creation or implementation of a Strategic Plan
  • Having at least three years of experience in programme and project management
  • Having at least three years of working experience with IOM
  • Commitment to dedicate the full six months to complete the course
  • Your contract is expected to be extended at least 12 months after the end of the course
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral


However, please kindly be informed that the completion of the 7 IOM Mandatory trainings is the first pre-requisite to applying for this training.
