For your application to be reviewed by the selection team, you must fulfill the following eligible criterias:


  • Active Staff members Holding a Regular, Fixed-term, Special fixed-term, or Special short-term (graded and ungraded) contract,
  • Completed all IOM mandatory training. 
  • Have 6 months of service with IOM,
  • A contract valid for at least 6 months,
  • Willing and able to dedicate time and effort to complete the entire programme,
  • Have managerial approval to attend,

Staff members on SLWOP are not eligible for this training.


Important: Please remember that PSEAH must be retaken every 3 years. Micro‑modules in Wave Learn are fine for this requirement.
