Since 2016, after joining the UN as the UN Migration Agency, IOM has been experiencing many changes. Among others, our new leadership, IOM’s new role in the UN Migration network and the UN reform make this a watershed moment for the Organization. We have witnessed the rollout of the new IOM Strategy and the IOM Internal Governance Framework. Given this context, becoming more strategic and results-oriented has become a necessary priority for the Organization.
Our mission is to train IOM staff on strategic planning and Results-Based Management (RBM) soft skills to promote this cultural shift in the Organization and create RBM champions.
The course is particularly for IOM managers or IOM staff leading strategic planning processes, to ensure maximum impact and to cascade the lessons from this course.
