Harvard Learning Training Courses are designed in partnership with go1 and HARVARD BUSINESS PUBLISHING. This year SDL is pleased to offer three cohorts designed to train qualified staff in soft skills related to results-based management, people management, and strategic innovation.
Each cohort consists of five to six short online self-paced modules running from April to November 2026. Each module is followed by a mandatory wrap‑up session scheduled once a month, with adjusted scheduling during the summer.
Cohort 1: Strategic Thinking and Management - An intensive program designed to empower professionals with the essential skills to think clearly, plan effectively, and lead with confidence. Through a structured progression, participants will develop the strategic mindset and practical tools needed to set meaningful goals, execute with focus, make sound decisions, lead through change, and drive continuous improvement within their organizations.
Learning Outcomes:
Cohort 2: People Empowerment - Equips managers, leaders, and HR professionals with the essential skills to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams. Participants will leave with the tools and mindset to unlock the full potential of the people around them.
